Patient Responsibilities: By using our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, current health status, medications, allergies, and other relevant details necessary for providing healthcare services. You also agree to follow the instructions of our healthcare providers and comply with treatment plans and recommendations.

3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation: Patients are responsible for scheduling appointments in advance through our designated channels such as phone, online booking platform, or mobile app. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least [insert timeframe] hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
